Wow! What a year it's been!

Can I just start off by saying thank you to my wonderful husband Andy. He carried me for much of the last year and I am eternally grateful.
About a year ago I left a tv career of 16 years and launched TerriBennett.com. Since that time Andy and I have spent months learning how to operate a web business and months more designing what we wanted TerriBennett.com to become. The learning curve was steep but one year later we are happy to unveil a website that will change the way you live your life.
How did we do it? With a team of very talented people. First came Jason, then Mark, Anna, Bonnie, Tracy, Huong, Tommy and the entire dream team! Each has contributed to making the site what it is today. We are so thankful for each and every one of them.
Today we are re-launching TerriBennett.com. We are also officially kicking off our Do Your Part campaign. You might be surprised to know that Americans consume more energy and generate more waste per person than most any other country. Do Your Part will offer smart, simple tips to help you lead less wasteful lives and tread a little more lightly on the planet. It's easy and you'll save money in the process.
TerriBennett.com has evolved over the last year. It is still the best weather site you'll ever need and you will still find tips to discover the night sky from your own backyard. But it's now also about the planet that we all share and the mark that each one of us leaves upon it. It's called our eco-footprint and you'll be learning more about it through our daily Do Your Part video segments.
The last year has certainly been challenging but it's also been the most rewarding year of my life. Thank you to my family and friends and the thousands of you that have supported me as I've taken on this new endeavor.
Thank you for visiting the site.
I hope you will come back often for the weather...and stay for the world!
Keep Looking Up!
